Registration fees (in euros)

(1) Deadline for early registration: 14 March 2008
(2) Student status must be confirmed by a letter from the academic supervisor

Registration fee for delegates includes field excursion (April 28), admission to sessions, symposium documentation, receptions and all meals (except breakfast) from dinner on Sunday 27 April up to and including dinner on 30 April (Symposium dinner), and refreshments, coffee or tea on Symposium days. Please note that places on the field excursion cannot be guaranteed for registrations received after 15/03/08.

Registration fee for accompanying persons includes the field excursion (April 28), receptions and all meals (except breakfast) from dinner on Sunday 27 April up to and including dinner on 30 April (Symposium dinner), plus a programme of guided visits to Santiago de Compostela and the University.

Post-symposium excursion (May 1 and 2, 2008)

The post-symposium excursion can be booked using the registration form at 150 euros per person. The price includes travel, meals (lunches May the 1st and the 2nd, dinner on the 1st and breakfast on the 2nd) and overnight accommodation in Lugo.

Payment

The preferred method of payment is by bank transfer. Details are provided in the registration form.

Cancellation

Notice of cancellation must be sent by e-mail to the symposium organisers.

Refund policy

Before 01 March 2008: 15 euros per person will be retained to cover administration expenses.
From 02 March to 01 April 2008: 50% cancellation fee.
After 01 April 2008: no refund.
